Eric has been training in various self defense techniques and grappling arts since 1991. Trained in freestyle Wrestling, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Karate, and Kempo,
he has earned himself a brown belt in Judo, Karate, and Kempo. His passion is in the grappling arts and has competed in various Judo & Jiu-Jitsu events nationwide.
